With health insurance industry expertise and a commitment to exceptional customer service, every advocate provides one-on-one guidance to help resolve benefit issues effectively and efficiently.
Our Advocates are also a critical component to engaging employees in wellness initiatives and improving employees’ health. Neovia’s Client Care Advocates will coordinate care management for our clients’ employees and their families. We will partner with the member, the insurance carriers and providers to present health care solutions for improved outcomes. Accessible Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, the Advocates serve employees and their families across the nation, allowing them to focus more on their own day-to-day responsibilities and less on their benefits challenges.
